My Story

I spent twenty years inside Australia's biggest companies — Nestle, American Express, Toyota, Commonwealth Bank, Optus, News Corp. I led teams, ran operations, and solved the kinds of problems that keep executives awake at night.

But I didn't come from technology. I came from business. From understanding how organisations actually work — the messy reality of processes, people, and priorities that no software pitch ever captures.

When AI arrived, I didn't see a technical revolution. I saw a business one. I saw that the same problems I'd spent decades solving — inefficiency, information overload, too many tasks and not enough hours — finally had a different kind of answer.

So I built an AI operating system for my own consultancy. Automated my own workflows. Proved it worked. And then I asked: what if every small business could do this?

I'm also a certified professional coach. Because bringing AI into a business isn't just about technology — it's about change, confidence, and meeting people where they are. That's what I do.
